And I am SUPER happy about that! I love summer. It's so much more relaxed than the school year. Of course it helps that I get to spend so much extra time with the boys!

The last couple of months were bittersweet for this mama. Samir ended preschool and will be going onto kindergarten. I'm excited and so very proud of him!
His class ended the year with a bang: a water day, pizza and snow cones and a field trip were just a few of the fun things they did!

This year Samir's tball team was called the Little Renegades. We got extremely lucky and had some of our friends on the team with us.
Little brother LOVED to play to!
We had a fantastic coach!
We did quite a few crafts leading up to, and even on, Easter Day! All Pinterest inspired of course :) I always remind myself and others to count blessings daily, but especially on holidays. Life can never be taken for granted. Now I'm done with the serious, lets have some fun!

Our spring break this year didn't hold any major trips, which was perfectly fine with me! I did have some plans for redecorating, so it was actually a good thing. That, coupled with Sama leaving for a weeklong business trip and Easter fast approaching, was enough for this mama's plate!
We did take a day trip to Tulsa with Randi, Shelbey and Scottlyn. We had planned on a zoo trip, but when we got unloaded it was freezing! Quick change of plans and off to the aquarium we headed!
