Samir was the flag carrier in chapel at his school last week. He carried the Christian flag and was super excited! I kind of teared up (in the car of course!) when I realized this is his last time to carry the flag in chapel.
We did a quick and easy art project after school one day. All you do is place some gobs of paint on paper, give the kids various car toys and watch them roll! Easy, quick and appropriate for many ages!
A few other after school quiet activities we've done are Legos and bead melts, both of which are great for improving fine motor skills. I've been really focusing on limiting the boys' tv time. So far, so good!
